I would like to recap those main points here for your reference. If I had missed out anything or wrong, please let me know.

1. How to classify the items for handover
   a. MES – 100%, Markal will give out the list
   b. Job Sequence – 100%
   c. CICS – not fixed, Markal will give out the list for review. Function may move out from CICS to MES after confirmation. Details will review during next meeting
2. When the handover take place – Not discussed yet and will discuss in next meeting
3. How to do the handover – Not yet cover

Cut off approach : - for any item, that should belong to one team instead of two. So the cut off will be based on the items that belong to which FT team to consider which team will be handled that. So if there is any items put to the enhancement list and plan to do in the future, then it will be PSM to do that. Any of that need to be done now or near future, then it will be keep in Martin team until the handover as stated below conditions had been fulfilled.

Ko highlight that as some of those functions like CCT job sequence is quite complicated. During the initial few months, assistance may be given to PSM from Martin team for debugging and review of FS and design whenever necessary.

Other than that, I would like to request the following to be done before handover. Details can be discussed during next meeting

1. FS need to be updated so that all changes up till now should be included
2. Program handover to be done by developers
3. All promised amendments had been completed and there is no new issue to be found
