FarEye, the global leader in AI-powered Delivery Management System, was named in the ‘Representative Vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Multicarrier Parcel Management Solutions’.

The company was named 11th in the overall recognition across Gartner Market Guides.

The guide evaluated 19 vendors including Pitney Bowes, nShift, Metapack, e2open (a WiseTech Global company), and Shipium, identifying those perceived as most relevant based on revenue, client count, and end-user demand.

The Gartner Market Guide for Multicarrier Parcel Management Solutions is an essential industry resource that helps supply chain leaders navigate rapidly growing delivery volumes, rising fuel and labour costs and evolving consumer expectations by evaluating software solutions that optimise enterprise shipping and delivery.

Gartner’s research points to four converging pressures forcing enterprises to rethink parcel operations including rising transportation costs driven by fuel inflation and carrier surcharges, growing demand for real-time delivery visibility and accurate promises, margin problems and the emergence of AI tools preferred by buyers.

FarEye is listed in the guide with its Ship, Track, Experience, and Analyse modules — covering carrier selection, label and manifest generation, delivery tracking, customer communication, invoice reconciliation, and analytics.

The platform connects enterprises to over 260 carriers across courier, parcel, same-day, next-day, and big-and-bulky delivery services, processing more than 20 million parcels per month.

Kushal Nahata, CEO of FarEye, said global parcel volumes are set to grow by more than a third in the next five years.

E-commerce returns are on track to cost retailers twice as much as outbound delivery by 2030, he added.
