今天终于让我找到这样的小工具，就是jhead加jpegtran(command line tools)。
jhead可以根据jpeg图片的orientation tag资讯，以jpegtran重新排列图片中的压缩资料，并将orientation tag设成0度。经转换的JPEG图片所有软体都可以正确显示，而且不会影响到品质同时保留所有EXIF的资讯.

分别下载jhead以及jpegtran至C:\WINDOWS\system32目录下

可以无损转化压缩JPG图片，命令如下：jpegtran -copy none -optimize -perfect src.jpg des.jpg
