Here’s a challenge. Using the five clues below, identify the company that is being talked about here.

1 Though my roots go back to one of the largest industrial families of the 1950s, it was the patriarch of the present promoter family, the founder’s son-in-law, who turned my fortunes around from near closure.

2 I am now the largest player in India and the third-largest globally. All the products I have manufactured over the last 30 years, if laid end to end, can circle the earth five times.

3 While my group companies got embroiled in litigation and regulatory actions, I continued to retain my industry leadership.

4 The almost 50 per cent decline in my share price in recent months gave the promoters an opportunity to increase their stake substantially.
