Here’s a challenge. Using the five clues below, identify the company that is being talked about here.

I have been a leader in my business for more than 50 years, yet I remain a small-cap stock.

My corporate name still carries the identity of my association with a multi-billion dollar brand that’s a global leader now.

My chairman, who is completing 30 years this year since joining the board, has impressive credentials, including a master’s from IIT. His wife, a chartered accountant, also serves with him on the board.

The market has rewarded my shareholders with more than 15 per cent CAGR over both the last five and 10 years, reflecting my consistent growth without diluting the highest standards of corporate governance.

Despite this, aggregate institutional shareholding remains in single-digits. I am hopeful of attracting greater attention as the business gains scale from ongoing capacity expansion initiatives.
