Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (Arcil) will launch its initial public offering on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, with bidding closing on Friday, September 11. The anchor investor bidding window opens a day earlier, on Tuesday, September 8.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹132 to ₹139 per equity share, with a face value of ₹10 each. Investors must bid for a minimum lot of 107 shares, and in multiples of 107 thereafter. At the upper price band, the minimum application amount works out to approximately ₹14,873.

The offering is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), comprising up to 5,27,31,946 equity shares offloaded by existing shareholders. Avenue India Resurgence Pte. Ltd. and State Bank of India are the promoter selling shareholders, offering up to 2,48,23,910 and 1,09,63,062 shares, respectively. Lathe Investment Pte. Ltd., the investor selling shareholder, is offloading up to 1,62,44,858 shares, while The Federal Bank Limited is selling up to 7,00,116 shares. Since the issue is a pure OFS, no fresh capital will flow into the company.

The offer is structured through the book-building process. Up to 50 per cent of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), with up to 60 per cent of that portion available for anchor investors. Non-institutional investors will receive at least 15 per cent of the offer, while retail individual investors are allocated not less than 35 per cent.

Arcil’s shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, with NSE designated as the stock exchange for the offering. IIFL Capital Services Limited, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, and JM Financial Limited are managing the issue as book running lead managers.

All non-anchor investors are required to use the ASBA mechanism for bidding.
