For the full year FY26, total income grew 14% to ₹55,108 lakhs, while EBITDA rose 12% to ₹19,245 lakhs

Wonderla Holidays Ltd. reported its highest-ever fourth-quarter revenue on Thursday, with total income rising 32 per cent year-on-year to ₹14,205 lakhs for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven primarily by the newly launched Chennai amusement park. Despite the strong results, shares of the Bengaluru-based company closed down 1.34 per cent at ₹522 on the NSE.

EBITDA for Q4 FY26 jumped 64 per cent year-on-year to ₹5,001 lakhs, with EBITDA margins expanding to 35 per cent from 28 per cent in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax for the quarter rose 49 per cent to ₹1,642 lakhs. Footfalls during Q4 stood at 8.79 lakh visitors, up 30 per cent year-on-year.

For the full year FY26, total income grew 14 per cent to ₹55,108 lakhs, while EBITDA rose 12 per cent to ₹19,245 lakhs. Annual footfalls reached 32.19 lakh, up 6 per cent. However, full-year profit after tax fell 25 per cent to ₹8,173 lakhs from ₹10,927 lakhs in FY25, largely due to a one-time favourable deferred tax credit of ₹2,408 lakhs that had boosted the prior year’s earnings.

The Chennai park, which commenced commercial operations on December 2, 2025, contributed 1.91 lakh footfalls in Q4 and 2.66 lakh for the year. Among established parks, Bengaluru led annual footfalls at 10.46 lakh, followed by Hyderabad at 8.68 lakh and Kochi at 8.48 lakh. Bhubaneshwar contributed 1.91 lakh for the year.

The company’s resort and hospitality segment also recorded its best-ever quarterly and annual performance, with growth of 84 per cent and 55 per cent respectively. The Bengaluru resort “Isle by Wonderla” commenced operations in May 2025.

On the stock, Wonderla shares traded between ₹515 and ₹561.50 intraday on Thursday and are down over 21 per cent over the past year, against a total market capitalisation of ₹3,311 crore. The stock’s trailing price-to-earnings ratio stands at 43.97.
