Refex Industries Ltd has secured a contract worth approximately ₹21.15 crore from a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise for transportation of fly ash to road construction sites, the company announced today.

The contract, awarded by a power producer, involves transporting ash to road construction sites under the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and other Central or State Government road construction departments, including PMGSY road projects. The order is to be executed within 12 months.

The client entity has not been named beyond being identified as a Maharatna CPSE. The company confirmed the contract is with a domestic entity and does not constitute a related party transaction. The promoter or promoter group holds no interest in the awarding entity.
