FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent of Nykaa, reported a sharp rise in revenue and profitability for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, crossing the $1 billion revenue milestone in FY26 as demand across its beauty and fashion businesses remained strong.

The company said consolidated revenue from operations rose 26 per cent year-on-year to ₹10,022 crore in FY26, while gross merchandise value (GMV) increased 28 per cent to ₹19,963 crore. EBITDA for the year climbed 59 per cent to ₹752 crore, with margins expanding to 7.5 per cent from 6 per cent a year earlier. Net profit surged 183 per cent to ₹204 crore.

For the March quarter, revenue grew 28 per cent y-o-y to ₹2,648 crore, marking the company’s strongest quarterly growth in the last 12 quarters. Quarterly EBITDA rose 67 per cent to ₹223 crore, while profit after tax jumped more than four-fold to ₹79 crore.

Executive Chairperson, Founder and CEO Falguni Nayar said the company’s crossing of the $1 billion revenue milestone marked a defining moment in Nykaa’s 14-year journey and reflected strong consumer trust in the platform.

The beauty vertical remained the largest contributor to growth, with beauty GMV rising 27 per cent to ₹14,954 crore in FY26. The company said it launched more than 200 international beauty brands during the year, including labels such as Chanel Beauty, Armani Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics.

The retailer also accelerated offline expansion, adding 76 stores during the year to take its total network to 313 stores across 99 cities. It continued to invest in AI-led personalisation tools, including a virtual skin analyser and recommendation systems.

Its owned brands portfolio, House of Nykaa, recorded an annualised GMV run-rate of ₹3,176 crore, up 49 per cent y-o-y, while Superstore by Nykaa, the company’s B2B beauty distribution business, reported GMV of ₹1,187 crore, nearly four times its FY23 level.

Nykaa Fashion posted GMV growth of 30 per cent to ₹4,954 crore in FY26, aided by the addition of over 1,280 brands and strong growth in categories such as menswear, kidswear and home products.

The company also completed the acquisition of clean beauty brand Earth Rhythm during FY26 after acquiring the remaining 24 per cent stake. Nykaa said geopolitical tensions had impacted its GCC operations, though the effect on overall business remained insignificant.
