KKCL, a manufacturer and retailer of branded apparel, on Monday, announced its entry into the ethnic wear segment with the launch of a new brand Punya.
With Punya, KKCL is offering ethnicwear collections designed for the present generation, which is looking for a global, contemporary outlook at affordable pricing, a statement said.
The brand will be available across Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd (KKCL) retail network, multi-brand outlets, and leading e-commerce platforms, said the company, which also owns brands such as Killer, LawmanPg3 and Integriti.
Commenting on the development, its Chairman Kewalchand P Jain, said: "As a homegrown brand, we've always believed in India's craftsmanship and design strength. Through Punya, we want to make Indian wear relevant for everyday use ... and proudly made in India."
