CCTV8 is now playing "Doctor Dragon", a Japan teleplay. I've watched several chapters, it's nearly completed. The teleplay is like a Japanese catoon, scenarioes of the story progress so fast, turn so dramatized! The most area that attract me is "Team Building". From my knows, I feel Japanese hold togather very much.This teleplay shows Yamato's comity too.
The story tell a surgon team's building process, happen in a subsidiary hospital of a famous medical university. Of course, the hospital is a bureucracy, the professionals hanter profits and reputations, they don't care the life of patients if they can obtain more profits or reputation, besides, they don't care the life if save them will take big risk of damaging their profits or reputation. But still justice and goodness exist. The hero is a justice and goodness surgeon, he will try his best to save a patient's life with attic faith, without careness of his own profit.
At the beginning, the surgeon is a new member who is redeployed to the hospital. He do surgical on heart decease with a team of knocked togather. But he know a best surgical operation team need best 1st assistant surgeon, best 2nd assistant surgeon, best internist, best operation nurse, best anesthetist, best clinitian, best assistant operational. Fortunately, he met all the best people. So he try to build up his dream team. One by one he conviced best internist, best assistant surgeon, best anesthetist to join his team. From the story, I think the factors to build up a dream team are:
1.Faith
Common faith attract people get togather. A famous words said, "Birds of a feather flock togather". Its nature that same people like each other. One person's power is limited, one surgeon can't do a surgical, or says can't save a patient with his self. A surgical need a team cooperate each other, every member take his responsibility under the main surgeon's direct. So the main surgeon is the team lead. The team lead chosed his member in person. He oberseved and reviewed the person he wanted. And he conviced everyone to follow him with his faith. If you want convice a person, you need understand your own faith and know his faith. If you have different faith, it's a wasting work to convice him. As Confucius said, "Different way, no plan with each other".
2.Comity
"Comity is power", Chairman Mao said. You need make every team member to hold togather, which is a team's significance. To archieve a goal, a team need make concerted effort to cooperat with each other. One person can do nothing, but a team can do anything. The team lead lead the team, lead the power to go on the way to the archievement.
Having faith and comity, a team can conquer hard and get rid of obstacle to succeed.
