Wipro Ltd announced on Thursday an expanded partnership with ServiceNow to deploy agentic AI workflows across core enterprise functions including IT, human resources, procurement, and cybersecurity.
Under the agreement, Wipro will integrate its Wipro Intelligence platform — a unified suite of AI-powered tools and solutions — with the ServiceNow AI Platform. The goal is to reduce manual coordination in enterprise operations and improve visibility into how work moves across organisational systems.
Three Wipro Intelligence solutions will directly leverage ServiceNow’s platform capabilities. SmartProcure will handle procurement workflows through standardised intake, approvals, and execution. Telco Autonomous Networks will target service operations in the telecom sector by combining AI workflows with industry-specific context. Cyber Transform will address security operations, focusing on vulnerability management and incident response governance.
Malay Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Wipro’s Americas 1 Strategic Market Unit, said the partnership is aimed at solving a practical problem many large organisations face — not a lack of AI ambition, but difficulty scaling AI implementation. He described the approach as consulting-led and designed to deliver measurable outcomes with appropriate governance controls.
Amit Zavery, President and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow, said the partnership moves enterprises toward what he called an “agentic enterprise,” where AI operates within secure, governed workflows to produce concrete results.
Clients under this arrangement can expect faster processing cycles, a unified interface for managing work requests, built-in policy compliance within workflow design, and clearer tracking of task ownership and completion.
