R Senthil Kumar, has assumed charge as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) of Southern Railway on Tuesday. Prior to this, he held the post of Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Marketing), Southern Railway.

In the past, he had served on deputation under the Ministry of Shipping for seven years, where he held the positions of General Manager (Operations) and General Manager (Corporate Strategy & Business Development, says a SR release.
