Rungta University in Chhattisgarh has received NAAC ‘A’ grade accreditation, becoming central India’s youngest university to do so.
The accreditation was granted because of a special provision provided in the NAAC guidelines for institutes that are on the verge of shifting from colleges to universities to maintain their standard of quality education.
Known for its innovation-based learning environment, Rungta University has made its mark in many aspects of higher education, including curriculum development, teaching-learning process, research, infrastructural facilities and performance of students.
Apart from this, all the important constituent colleges of the Rungta University have also been awarded the ‘A’ grade by NAAC. This includes Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research and GD Rungta College Of Science & Technology.
The award is not only a matter of pride but also a responsibility to maintain excellence in education, research and innovations, said the university officials.
In the upcoming years, the university will further concentrate on providing quality education, industrial collaboration and maintaining its global outlook.
NAAC accreditation serves as a reliable benchmark of institutional credibility. With this accomplishment, Rungta University strengthens its position as an emerging destination for higher education in central India, quietly building a reputation rooted in quality, consistency and forward-looking vision.
