Casagrand, the Chennai-based real estate developers, on Friday announced the launch of two residential communities. It launched Casagrand Aquagrove, a premium waterfront resort-style luxury apartment development overlooking the scenic Puzhal Lake in North Chennai and Casagrand Glenmere, a contemporary villa community in South Chennai, says a release.

Located in Madhavaram, Casagrand Aquagrove introduces Chennai’s first waterfront promenade overlooking a sprawling 4,500-acre lake, bringing resort-style waterfront living to the heart of North Chennai.

Spread across 6.7 acres, the community features 544 premium 2, 3 and 4 BHK high-rise apartments designed to maximise panoramic lake views, natural light and ventilation, with homes starting from just ₹89 lakhs.

Casagrand Glenmere in Thaiyur is a premium 6.3-acre villa community located in one of Chennai’s fastest-growing residential corridors. The project features 110 thoughtfully designed 3 BHK villas with prices starting from just ₹1.34 crore, the company said.
