Aurobindo Pharma (₹1,493.60)
Regains momentum
The stock of Aurobindo Pharma has been in a steady uptrend since February. It established the uptrend on the back of the support at ₹1,120. However, after hitting a high of ₹1,550 on May 21, the price moderated. Last week, particularly in the second half, saw a good recovery, indicating that the scrip has resumed the rally. We expect the stock to advance further from the current touching ₹1,700 in the medium-term. So, one can buy now at ₹1,493 and accumulate at ₹1,425. Place stop-loss at ₹1,370. When the stock rises to ₹1,580 and ₹1,650, tighten the stop-loss to ₹1,500 and ₹1,590 respectively. Liquidate the longs at ₹1,700.
Bharat Electronics (₹427.15)
Rebounds from a base
The stock of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) rallied 5.1 per cent last week. It rebounded from the support at ₹400. Notably, this is the third bounce off this level since the beginning of this year, denoting good buying interest at lower levels. During the earlier recoveries, the resistance band of ₹460-470 restricted the rally. Even if the stock is unable to breach this time, the price is likely to retest ₹460-470. But a breakout can lift it to ₹500. So, traders can buy at ₹427 and ₹415. Stop-loss can be at ₹390. When the stock rises to ₹460, liquidate three-fourth of the holdings. For the remaining position, revise the stop-loss to ₹440. Exit the balance at ₹500.
Trent (₹3,204.25)

Confirms inverted head and shoulder
The stock of Trent, after hitting a two-year low of ₹2,184.07 in April, reversed the trend and has been appreciating since then. While it was largely staying sideways since mid-April, it regained traction last week and broke out of a key barrier at ₹2,970. This also confirmed an inverted head and shoulder pattern, indicating a bullish trend reversal. We expect the stock to extend the rally and hit ₹4,000 in the coming months. So, participants can go long now at ₹3,204 and buy more shares if the price dips to ₹2,970. Place stop-loss at ₹2,600. When the stock rallies to ₹3,600 and ₹3,800, raise the stop-loss to ₹3,380 and ₹3,700 respectively. Exit at ₹4,000.
