Riafy Technologies, a Kochi-based AI company, was named a 2026 Google Cloud Partner of the Year in the Social Impact: Accessibility Innovation category at Google Cloud Next in Las Vegas.
The company’s enterprise AI platform, R10, powers AI agents designed to complete tasks rather than merely respond. These systems are deployed across sectors such as aviation, banking, telecom, automotive and commerce, where they handle workflows including ticket booking, order placement, customer service and operational processes.
In aviation, for instance, Riafy’s deployment with IndiGo allows users to complete bookings, check-ins and ancillary purchases in a conversational interface. The system functions not only as a service layer but also as a transactional channel, enabling users to complete actions without navigating conventional digital pathways.
Similar deployments exist across enterprises including Unilever Lakme, Asian Paints, MG Motor and Federal Bank, where AI agents are being used to support both customer engagement and operational workflows.
R10-powered systems have processed over one trillion tokens in live environments, according to the company.
John Mathew, CEO & Co-Founder, Riafy Technologies said the company’s R10 agents on Google Cloud process trillions of tokens across industries.
As AI systems become more embedded in everyday services, the question of access is likely to shift from infrastructure to interface, he said.
In countries like India, where digital adoption has expanded rapidly but unevenly, this distinction becomes particularly relevant.
Riafy was founded in 2013 by John Mathew, Neeraj Manoharan, Joseph Babu, Benny Xavier, Benoy Joseph and K V Sreenath with an intent to build AI systems to operate within the constraints of real-world environments rather than controlled settings.
