1. Cardio: I begin my day early, usually with a quick cardio session — a walk or some cricket practice. It gives me mental clarity and sets the tone for the day ahead.
2. Cricket: With both my sons playing professional cricket, weekends are often spent on the field. We also have our company team, Asego Archers, which adds a fun and active dimension to my routine.

3. Food: I stick to simple, home-cooked meals during the week and prefer a disciplined approach to eating. Weekends and travel, however, are for a bit of indulgence — I enjoy exploring local cuisines, whether in Mumbai or elsewhere.
4. Active: Frequent travel makes it important to stay active wherever I am. Even a short workout or staying on my feet through the day helps me maintain consistency. Being in new settings and cultures reinforces my own discipline.
5. Unwinding: I prefer an early, light dinner — helps me sleep better and stay energised. Evenings are for slowing down, listening to music, and spending quality time with family over board and card games.
