Indo National Ltd, on Tuesday, announced the launch of Nippo THOR Max.
The alkaline battery is engineered with advanced KOH technology, designed to deliver long-lasting performance for high-drain devices such as gaming controllers, toys, smart home devices, and wireless accessories.
It boasts of a 20 per cent longer performance against competition in high-drain applications, a statement by Nippo said. Nippo THOR Max is supported by internal laboratory testing, along with a 10-year shelf life, recognising the rising appeal for performance-led products, the company said in a statement.
The premium alkaline battery segment currently accounts for nearly 20 per cent of the alkaline category business of Nippo, and the company aims to grow it further by competing with established global players.
