Archian Foods, known for beverage brand Lahori Zeera, is looking at establishing an international presence while also deepening pan-India presence. The company, which ended FY26 with net revenues of about ₹775 crore, has also been doubling down on ramping up manufacturing capacity with a focus on contract manufacturing.
“ We have been witnessing strong growth year-on-year since 2019. We closed FY26 with net revenues of Rs 775 crore. We are hoping to garner growth of 50-60 per cent in this fiscal as well and targeting close to Rs 1100-1200 crore in FY27 in topline,” Saurabh Munjal, Co-Founder & CEO, Archian Foods told businessline.
The brand, which has been scaling at a fast clip, has a relatively stronger presence in the Northern, Eastern and Western regions. “ How we have approached growth is by not focusing on a large portfolio with a lot of SKUs but instead we have been sharply focusing on our hero product and continuing to have a unified conversation with our conversation. What is key in the beverage category is habit formation, which means you are not just available but densely available. Hence, we have been focusing on going deeper rather than wider,” Munjal explained.
Talking about international plans, Munjal said that the company is keen to tap into the demand for ethnic packaged drinks from the Indian diaspora in international markets. “While we are completely focusing on ramping up India presence, we also want to begin to serve the demand from the Indian diaspora in other markets and have some global presence. We have begun some preliminary work in this direction and by 2028 we are targeting to have an international presence,” he added.
The company which has witnessed rapid growth in the past few years has also been focusing on ramping up capacity. “ We set up a very large facility in Uttar Pradesh which has now been fully commissioned. So now we are manufacturing out of three locations including Punjab and Gujarat. At the same time, we have also initiated contract manufacturing partnerships at five locations to boost capacity further producing nearly one crore bottles per day.” he added.
