Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited, a spend management solutions company, has said that its board has approved the transaction structure for the strategic acquisition of DICE.

Zaggle has structured this as a focused asset purchase and IP assignment at a consideration of about ₹68 crore, acquiring the complete AI Spend Management Platform, enterprise contracts and technology talent.

Instead of acquiring the broader entity, Zaggle said it intentionally structured the transaction to acquire the complete AI-enabled Spend Management Platform, including the full product suite, platform infrastructure and technology stack.

It will also acquire all Intellectual Property (IP), including its domains, proprietary algorithms and platform IP, enterprise customer contracts and strategic partnership relationships. Besides, it will absorb about 100 AI-enabled technology professionals, including key product and engineering leadership, Raj P. Narayanam, Founder & Executive Chairman, Zaggle, said.
