1Point1 Solutions, a leading provider of AI-driven business process management and customer experience solutions, has reported that its net profit in the March quarter was up 11 per cent at ₹10 crore against ₹9 crore logged in the same period last year.
Income was up 35 per cent at ₹100 crore (₹74 crore) while EBITDA increased 32 per cent to ₹25 crore (₹19 crore).
The company completed acquisition of Netcom Business Contact Centre SA for $33 million in the quarter under review. The deal has established a direct operational footprint of the company in Central and Latin America while strengthening its combined onshore and offshore delivery capabilities.
The company also secured a ₹60 crore, three-year CX operations contract with Piramal Finance.
Akshay Chhabra, Chairman and Managing Director, 1Point1 Solutions, said the company has expanded its global footprint and strengthened technology capabilities and the feature.
ResolX has already been deployed for one of Netcom’s banking clients in Latin America, marking a strategic milestone in both 1Point1’s expansion into the LATAM region and the operational launch of its AI-first Resolution Suite, he said.
ResolX is the AI-first innovation brand of 1Point1 Technology Labs, a subsidiary of 1Point1 Solutions.
As enterprises move toward outcome-led transformation, the focus is shifting from process efficiency alone to intelligence-driven execution at scale, said Chhabra.
Rajiv Desai, Co-Founder, ResolX, said by taking ownership of the architecture, the backend data extraction and the outcome, ResolX eliminates the ‘Software-Service Gap’ entirely.
Integrated products
At the heart of ResolX is a suite of four integrated products – Omvia, Prowise, Frequensee and Penpal.
While Omvia serves as the orchestration layer, unifying voice, email, chat and workflows into a seamless customer journey, Prowise delivers real-time intelligence to agents, equipping them with the right answers at the right moment for faster and more confident resolution.
Frequensee converts customer interactions into actionable business, product and workforce insight through conversational intelligence while Penpal acts as an intelligent communication partner, ensuring tone, clarity and brand consistency across every piece of customer-facing writing.
