Kabeer Biswas, cofounder of Dunzo, has raised around ₹102 crore ($11 million) for his new venture ‘M’, a consumer-focused artificial intelligence startup, according to regulatory filings.

The round is led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Blume Ventures and CRED, founded by Kunal Shah.

Incorporated in 2025 as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd, the startup has approved the issuance of 54,956 Series Seed compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at ₹18,577 apiece to raise the planned capital.

Everyday Services

Peak XV is investing ₹46.4 crore (about $5 million) in the round, while Blume Ventures and CRED are contributing ₹37.12 crore ($4 million) and ₹18.56 crore ($2 million), respectively. The company has already received ₹83.53 crore (nearly $9 million), with the remaining capital expected to be infused shortly.

‘M’ is co-founded by Biswas and Kartik Mishra, and is positioned as a consumer AI platform aimed at reducing the friction of managing households. According to its LinkedIn profile, the startup is building tools to automate decision-making, coordination and access to everyday services.

Post-allotment, Peak XV will hold a 15.47 per cent stake in the company, while Blume Ventures and CRED will own 12.37 per cent and 6.19 per cent, respectively. The cofounders will each hold 3.1 per cent, while a significant 38.67 per cent stake is held by the PVK Family Trust, likely controlled by the founders and their families.

The company has also created a sizeable employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) pool of 21.11 per cent, signalling plans to invest heavily in talent as it scales.

Biswas, who previously led Dunzo—backed by Reliance Retail—and later headed Flipkart Minutes, is re-entering the startup ecosystem with a focus on AI-led consumer services.
