Ramco Systems, the software firm from Chennai’s Ramco Group, reported a 5X jump in consolidated net profit of ₹25 crore for the quarter ended March 2026 against ₹5 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter went up by 19.3 per cent to ₹185 crore from the ₹155 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue growth was primarily driven by acceleration of recurring revenue, which grew by 15 per cent, the company said in a statement. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit stood at ₹42 crore against a loss ₹34 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹708 crore (₹596 crore).
The company’s order bookings as of March 2026 stood at $51.7 million while cash balance stood at $13.3 million. “We continue to remain focussed on delivery and execution. At the same time, we are actively working towards becoming a truly Al-native company, building Al-native products that transform how our customers experience our solutions, while embedding Al deeply into how we operate as an organisation. This, we believe, will be the defining driver of our next phase of growth,” said Abinav Raja, Managing Director, Ramco Systems.
