The Andhra Pradesh government will build two twin office towers in the Amaravati Quantum Valley for ₹1,208 crore and will invite tenders for the same soon.
A proposal in this regard was approved by the State Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati on Thursday.
Earlier this month, CM Naidu inaugurated two free-access Amaravati Quantum Reference Facilities (AQRF) in SRM Amravati University and Medha Towers on the occasion of World Quantum Day.
The Cabinet also approved variation works in the ongoing construction of the Greenfield port in Ramayapatnam in Prakasam district. The works are related to an additional dredging works at an outlay of about ₹354 crore. The approval will facilitate speedy construction of the port and help in augmenting the infrastructure facilities in the State, a government note said.
The Cabinet also approved sanction of funds for many construction works in Amaravati Greenfield capital as well as land allotments to different industries across the State.
