使用存储过程将文本导入数据库表

      使用外部命令执行数据导入，须在数据库服务器外围配置中设置 允许master..xp_cmdshell 选项。
改命令的参数可以在cmd命令行里输入bcp来查看
exec master..xp_cmdshell 'bcp "helijiang..mobile" in d:\bb.txt -t, -r\r -c -m99999 -S(local) -T'
