Halo Studios is all set to release Halo: Campaign Evolved, the complete remake of Halo: Combat Evolved, on July 28. Thus, players are eager to revisit the reimagined version of the first installment in the Halo franchise. In case you didn’t know, Halo: Campaign Evolved is a ground-up remake made in Unreal Engine 5. So, the system requirements for the upcoming Halo remake are quite demanding compared to the other video games releasing this year. Halo Studios has shared an X post detailing the official PC specs requirements for Halo: Campaign Revolved.
So, the minimum system requirements for Halo: Campaign Evolved include NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super, AMD Radeon RX 6600, or Intel ARC A580. You must have one of these cards paired with an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel i7‑10700K CPU to run the game at 1080P resolution @60 FPS (low settings).
The minimum PC requirements are very similar to those of Gears of War E-Day System Requirements, which is also releasing later this year.
On the other hand, the recommended system requirements for Halo: Campaign Evolved are much more demanding, as you need a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080ti or AMD Radeon RX 9070. However, you can easily run the new Halo remake at 4K resolution @60 FPS in high settings with these PC specs.
