In a surprise turn of events, Arc Raiders has introduced a new event and project in the latest update 1.33.0. Players who were feeling bored without any new content can now sign up for the new event to earn exciting rewards, including a new outfit, Raider Tokens, and more. Similar to the Arc Raiders Last Resort event introduced in the Riven Tides update, you are required to earn ‘Merits’ and progress through the new Forgotten Relics event. If you forgot about how to earn Merits in Arc Raiders, it is very straightforward.

Either you can hop into a game and earn XP by looting, shooting ARC enemies or raiders, and successfully extracting to Speranza. All the XP you earn in a raid will automatically be converted to Merits upon your return. You get 1 Merit for every 100 XP you obtain in-game.

Or you can start looting the newly introduced nine relics, aka trinkets, in the game. These new trinkets can be found anywhere in the game, i.e., inside containers, cupboards, etc., and each offers you a different amount of XP.

The best trinket loot spots in Arc Raiders are in Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City. You can start searching in the Residential (Grandios Apartments, Santa Maria Houses, etc) and Medical facilities in the Buried City or the Research and Development building in Dam Battlegrounds for the best results. When Does the Arc Raiders Forgotten Relics Event End?

The new Arc Raiders Forgotten Relics event will officially end on July 27, 2026. The newly introduced Converging Paths event also ends on the same day. So, you have exactly 41 days to earn the required XP, turn it into Merits, and start unlocking all the free rewards.
