- Provide required information and click Submit to create a billing ticket.

Steps for phone support and retrieving your PIN
Before calling, please have the following information ready:
- Project/App ID or Project Number
- Your contact details and phone number
- Your support PIN code
To retrieve your support PIN code:
- Sign in to the Google Cloud Platform Console.
- Click Select a project.
- From the drop-down list, under All projects, select the name of your project that has Gold or Platinum support.
- In the upper right, select the Settings icon
- From the menu, click Support. Your current support package will be displayed.
- Under the Phone support section, click Contact details.
- Your PIN code will be displayed.
