I’m passionate about developing high-performing teams that drive innovation in new products and technologies, creating meaningful impact in people’s everyday lives.
What's your approach to customer service that separates you from the rest?
Delivering great customer service requires striking the right balance by supporting suppliers, customers, and staff. This balance ultimately strengthens the overall service experience. Providing exceptional customer service also means ensuring consistency and quality at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
How do you innovate and stay ahead of industry trends?
We maintain our competitive edge by harnessing IoT and advanced AI, delivering end-to-end, cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI and multimodal neural networks tailored to specific industry applications. One of my greatest daily challenges is leading effectively without succumbing to burnout from 18–20 hour workdays, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
