In his new role, O’Donohue will be responsible for shaping growth strategy, strengthening executive-level customer relationships, and overseeing delivery outcomes for Kinetic IT’s state government and critical infrastructure customers nationwide. He will work closely with Leighton Freene, managing director for federal government, defence and national security, aligning leadership across Kinetic IT’s priority public sector markets.

“Jeremy’s appointment strengthens Kinetic IT’s leadership bench at a time of strong growth, bringing deep market insight and a proven ability to deliver. The changes to our structure will sharpen accountability, strengthen customer focus, and support our targeted growth ambition.”

O’Donohue said Kinetic IT’s Australian ownership and customer-centric culture were key factors in his decision to join the company.

As part of the broader leadership evolution, Kinetic IT has also appointed Cassie Loder as chief customer officer, consolidating responsibility for customer experience, partnerships, brand, and long-term growth under a single executive role.
