The show's main players will be reprising their roles, so you can expect to see Jeremy Allen White's Carmy, Ayo Edebiri's Sydney, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach's Richie all return. Also as expected, the season will kick off with the same level of intensity the show is known for. It picks up the morning after Carmy made his decision to leave the food industry, handing the reins over to Sydney, who is stepping up as head chef.

As for the rest of the season? Well, there'll be drama aplenty. In the trailer, Carmy's return to the restaurant is teased, while the rest of the team fights to keep the doors of their beloved restaurant open. Sounds... stressful!

There are eight episodes in The Bear season five, which is kind of full circle. Season one of the hit show also had eight episodes, while seasons two, three, and four had 10.
