Irina Shayk is in one of the boldest looks of the night at the 2026 Met Gala. The supermodel left her hotel wearing a bra that’s seemingly made out of necklaces and diamond nipple pasties, which she paired with stacked jewels and a super low-waisted black skirt. A LOOK!

Reminder that this year’s Met Gala theme is Costume Art! Head curator of the Anna Wintour Costume Center at the Met Andrew Bolton told Vogue that the exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art will be the first of its kind and address “the centrality of the dressed body in the museum’s vast collection,” and will pair 5,000 years of art represented in The Met alongside pieces from the Costume Institute.

Meanwhile, the dress code is “Fashion Is Art,” which “invites guests to express their own relationship to fashion as an embodied art form” and “perfectly reflects the ethos of ‘Costume Art,’ which explores the ‘centrality of the dressed body’ through depictions and interpretations of the human form in the Met’s extensive collection.”
