It seems Alannah Keyser may have been the latest cast member from Love Island USA season 8 to be cut from the show…possibly. The 21-year-old student from Miami entered the Villa during the June 21 episode as a Casa Amor Bombshell, only for allegations of racist videos to surface less than 24 hours later, and viewers have been calling for her removal ever since.
When the Love Island USA Instagram account dropped a promo video ahead of the June 23 episode, fans couldn’t help but notice that Alannah was conspicuously absent, despite her budding romance with Zach Georgiou (whose brother, Charlie, she apparently either kissed at a party and/or went on a date with previously).
One fan slid into the comments section to write, “They told alannah SWERVE 👋🏽✌🏽,” to which another replied, “I think she’s there and they just did their best to edit her out as much as they could this episode and she will be gone in Thursday’s episode.” Another added, “I peeped her face was blurred out in one of the clips!”
For what it’s worth, you can spot Alannah in the background wearing blue around the 20-second mark—but that’s pretty much the only time you see her:

So, has Alannah been removed from the show? There hasn’t been any official word from Peacock yet, so fans will have to wait and see whether she makes an appearance tonight.
Rumors of Alannah’s possible departure come after Vasana Montgomery was removed from the Villa due to resurfaced videos of her allegedly using racial slurs. Per The Sun, Peacock was left feeling “embarrassed” following Vasana’s removal and “the general feeling is not great. It is not a good look that this slipped through.”
The network plans to increase vetting next season, with a source saying, “The network is actively looking into ways to better vet contestants that give a more thorough scan of their social media profiles. They are looking into AI options that will help dissect a potential contestant’s entire digital footprint and ensure that these slip-ups do not happen in the future. Precautionary measures are underway and there will be a change, an improvement, to the vetting process next season.”
