Please cancel any plans you inadvertently made tonight because the Summer House reunion is airing on Bravo. The network has already released a few truly shocking clips from the three-part special, but they just dropped pre-reunion interviews with Amanda Batula and West Wilson. The vibes? Surprisingly relaxed considering they were coming off a secret relationship and are also very aligned on wanting to clear up “the timeline” of said relationship.

“This is obviously the most nervous [for a reunion] I’ve been easily,” Amanda said. “I’m ready to face the chaos and clear everything up. Clearing up the timeline that there was no affair and nothing malicious and it’s just two people that had feelings for each other that shouldn’t have.” “Nothing malicious” is an interesting choice of words from Amanda.

She also seemed hopeful about salvaging her friendships, saying, “I know that I might not be able to make amends with everyone, but I’m hoping that after I say my piece and clear everything up, we’ll be able to walk away with more understanding, process, and hopefully there’s some people I can move forward with. I know it won’t all be forgiveness, but I’m hoping that there’ll be a path forward in some capacity.”

Meanwhile, West said, “I don’t picture everything being perfectly kosher after” and also noted that “the timeline of this very new relationship is important to address. There’s a lot of different speculation, so.”

Um, I mean, “the timeline” seems to be the least of everyone’s issues with all this, but okay!

FYI, West also says that he hopes his accountability reads through and that there can be progress down the road when it comes to Summer House friendships. Guess we’ll see!
