Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Gabriel said, “I mean me and Bea had good moments in the villa, but now we're in real life. So like, she lives in L.A., I live in Miami.” He added that they’re friends, and explained, “I'm focused on myself for now. That's what I want to do, just focus because I'm overwhelmed by everything.”

Gabriel also told People that “Me and Bea, we're friends. We talked, and we are good with each other, but I'm respecting her time. Now, I'm trying to think of myself because I'm overwhelmed a little bit with everything that is going on. I'm just respecting my time and her time, but we're friends.”

As for his emotional reaction to her departure, he said, “When I saw her leaving, I couldn't control it. I'm not afraid to show my emotions, you know? I'm confident with my situation, with everything, but I have feelings. I understand now that nobody was seeing that [side of me], but I'm emotional. I'm emotional and that's not a bad thing.”
