Following PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Sweden, Volvo Group India President and MD Kamal Bali described it as a “very significant milestone” in India-Sweden relations. Speaking in Gothenburg, Bali said the partnership between the two countries is built on shared democratic values, trust and transparency. He highlighted growing confidence among Swedish businesses in India’s economy, manufacturing strength and digital talent. According to Bali, PM Modi’s visit is expected to create fresh business opportunities and further deepen economic and strategic cooperation between India and Sweden.
