By benchmarking against global practices while avoiding the "over-regulation" trap seen in the EU where paperwork costs 1% of GDP- the high-level committee aims to slash administrative hurdles. With over 250 industry consultations already completed, this initiative promises a streamlined, cost-effective environment for Indian enterprises to scale without bureaucratic friction.
