Dramatic eyewitness footage has captured the moment a Ukrainian drone struck a building under construction in Kotelniki, a town near Moscow. The video, verified using satellite imagery and local landmarks, emerged as Russian authorities reported intercepting dozens of drones headed towards the capital. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed that a nearby oil refinery was also targeted, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy acknowledged the strike on the refinery.
