ADANI AGM 2026: Gautam Adani has outlined Adani Group's growing ambitions in India's defence and aerospace sectors, calling it one of the group's most strategic growth areas. Speaking at the AGM 2026, Adani highlighted partnerships with global aerospace leaders Leonardo and Embraer to help build integrated helicopter and regional aircraft manufacturing ecosystems in India. He said the group is developing a comprehensive aerospace platform spanning manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), services, and pilot training. Adani also revealed that the group's drones, anti-drone systems, missiles and ammunition supported India's armed forces during Operation Sindoor. The remarks underscore Adani Group's push to play a significant role in India's defence self-reliance mission and its long-term vision of becoming a major aerospace and defence powerhouse.
