SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey has unveiled a major reform package aimed at boosting India’s capital markets. Key highlights include the GARUDA mechanism, which drastically accelerates AIF scheme launches to as little as 10 days—or immediate deployment for angel funds by removing merchant banker mandates.
