Exem performed a demo at this event focusing on the significantly enhanced AIOps (AI for IT Operations) features of its AI-based hybrid cloud performance management solution "ExemOne," including target-specific precision anomaly detection, AI-based root cause analysis (RCA), AI-applied monitoring dashboard, and correlation analysis screen. Additionally, it intensively introduced the enterprise data-based retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) optimization, precise IT system fault diagnosis, and customized AI agent builder features of the "Exemble" platform, a large language model operations (LLMOps) platform strong in IT infrastructure management.

In addition to such demonstrations, an event called "CPU Metrics and IT System Operation Standard Threshold Setting Game" inspired by the idea of "AI vs. Human" was also held. According to Exem, visitors who played the game set the optimal alarm threshold that does not generate unnecessary alarms by looking at the real-time CPU usage monitoring graph on the game screen, and realized how much the AI functions of "Exem One" contribute to efficient IT system operation.
