The Born Korea's indoor pocha brand Hanshin Pocha is launching 8 new meal-style anju menu items. Aligned with the trend of consumers enjoying both meals and drinking, the product line has been expanded to include everything from hearty dishes to light snacks that go well with drinks.
On the 20th, The Born Korea announced that Hanshin Pocha will sell the 8 new menu items at all stores nationwide, except for some locations.
The new menu features Hanshin boneless braised spicy chicken, direct-fire grilled boneless chicken, fire-boiled pork (Bulsuyuk), doenjang liquor rice, Hot Red Hanshin chicken feet, squid and chive pancake & vinegar salad, corn cheese fire chicken stir-fried noodles, and corn cheese in a stone pot.
As meal replacement menus, there are Hanshin Deboned Chicken Stew (한신순살닭볶음탕), Direct Fire Deboned Chicken Grilled (직화순살닭구이), Bulssuyuk (불수육), and Doenjang Soolbap (된장술밥). Hanshin Deboned Chicken Stew (한신순살닭볶음탕) is a menu item that adds beef bone broth to the spicy flavor of Hanshin Chicken Feet (한신닭발) and includes potatoes and tteok pieces. Direct Fire Deboned Chicken Grilled (직화순살닭구이) uses chicken thigh meat, while Bulssuyuk (불수육) uses pork belly. Doenjang Soolbap (된장술밥) is a menu item that adds rice to doenjang broth.
Light side dishes that can be enjoyed alongside have also been added. Hot Red Hanshin Chicken Feet (핫레드한신닭발) is a menu item that enhances the spiciness by adding Cheongyang pepper and Sichuan pepper to Hanshin Chicken Feet. Octopus and Chive Pancake (오징어부추전)&Vinegar Seasoned Salad (초무침), Corn Cheese Buldak Bokkeum Myeon (콘치즈불닭볶음면), and Ttukbaegi Corn Cheese (뚝배기콘치즈) are also introduced together.

A representative of Han Shin Pocha (한신포차) said, "This new menu focuses on expanding the variety of choices to suit various consumption situations, from meals to light drinking," adding, "We plan to continue expanding the menu based on Han Shin Pocha's spicy flavor."
