环境:windows server 2003 enterprise +Citrix MetaFrame XP Server for Windows with Feature Release 3+MetaFrame XP 1.0 Service Pack 4 for Windows 2003+公网IP+内网IP(有防火墙)

客户端:windows xp sp2+Citrix MetaFrame Program Neighborhood Version 9.00.32649

错误描述:使用IE的方式可以运行服务器发布的程序,但是使用客户端桌面时出现如下错误:

解决方法:

1.在防火墙上端口映射(1949,8080,443等)

2.在服务器上打开WEB管理界面设置WebInterface

3.Run altaddr /set x.x.x.x on the server (x.x.x.x is firewall adres), and reboot

4.On the client make sure the "use firewall" option is selected.
