The Amazon Echo Hub smart display is on sale for only $110, down by 39% from its original price of $180, thanks to a Prime Day deal. Instead of toggling between a bunch of different smart home apps on your phone, the Echo Hub lets you control all smart home devices compatible with Alexa or Matter from a single screen that can conveniently sit on a tabletop or be mounted on a wall.

This smart home display works as a control panel that connects to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Matter, Thread, and Sidewalk.

I tested the Echo Hub for a few months after its 2024 launch, and I've kept it on my wall ever since. This Hub not only gives my husband and me quick access to our smart home devices, but also gives our kids and guests easy control over smart lights and plugs in an easy-to-navigate display.

As I mentioned in my review, there are no frills with the Echo Hub. There's no spatial audio speaker attached to its base, no ultra-high-definition streaming, and no ads displayed while in standby mode -- a refreshing take on an Echo display. It serves no purpose beyond being a smart home hub and controller.

The biggest reason Amazon released the Echo Hub is that the Alexa smart home network has quickly become one of the largest and most intuitive smart home automation systems, with over 100 million devices.

While the Alexa app works well to control these compatible devices, the Echo Hub brings them all together in one smart panel for everyone to control, and it works hands-free with Alexa+. The display lets you easily view your security cameras, control your devices, and provides a clear view into your smart home.

How I rated this deal

At $110, this is the lowest price we've ever seen for the Amazon Echo Hub (the previous lowest price being $120. The combination of a 39% discount and the lowest price we've ever seen for the Echo Hub makes this a 4/5 deal rating.

This year, Amazon Prime Day runs from Tuesday, June 23, to Friday, June 26, 2026. The sales event used to take place in the second week of July, but Amazon moved it forward by a few weeks in 2026.
