安装后，服务的登录身份默认是Local System（本地系统帐户）。

如果修改成自己的一个Windows帐户后，Agent就启动不起来了，在事件里面出现错误：

SQLServerAgent could not be started (reason: SQLServerAgent must be able to connect to SQLServer as SysAdmin, but '(Unknown)' is not a member of the SysAdmin role).

该帐户已经配置了SysAdmin的权限，经过google，找到了解决方案，MSDN中也有详细的描述。
