You can obtain it directly from a third party authorized by iCapture.

If you obtain iCapture or an installation program with the same name as iCapture from a third party that is not authorized by iCapture, iCapture cannot guarantee the normal use of the software, and will not be responsible for any loss caused to you. After downloading the installer, you need to follow the steps that the program prompts to install properly.

In order to provide more high-quality and secure services, iCapture may recommend you to install other software during iCapture installation, and you can choose to install it or not.

If you no longer need to use iCapture or need to install a new version of iCapture, you can uninstall it yourself.

4.software update

In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, iCapture will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of iCapture and its services, iCapture has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some functions and effects of the software.

After the new version of iCapture is released, the software of the old version may not be available. The iCapture Department guarantees that the old version of iCapture will continue to be available and corresponding services. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

10. other

Your use of iCapture means that you have read and agreed to be bound by the iCapture Agreement. iCapture reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using iCapture.

11. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

- We offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features.

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

为提供更加优质，安全的服务，在iCapture安装时iCapture可能推荐您安装其他软件，您可以选择安装或不安装。

如果您不再需要使用iCapture或者需要安装新版iCapture，可以自行卸载。

4、软件的更新

为了改善用户体验，完善服务内容，iCapture将不断努力开发新的服务，并为您不时提供软件更新(这些更新可能会采取软件替换，修改，功能强化，版本升级等形式)。

为了保证iCapture及服务的安全性和功能的一致性，iCapture有权不向您特别通知而对软件进行更新，或者对软件的部分功能效果进行改变或限制。

iCapture新版本发布后，旧版本的软件可能无法使用，iCapture部保证旧版iCapture继续可用及相应的服务，请您随时核对并下载最新版本。

5、用户个人信息保护

保护用户个人信息是iCapture的一项基本原则，iCapture将会采取合理的措施保护用户的信息。除法律法规规定的情形外，未经用户许可iCapture不会向第三方公开，透漏用户个人信息。为了向用户提供相关服务功能或改善技术和服务，您在注册账号或使用本服务的过程中，可能需要提供一些必要信息，iCapture对相关信息采用国际化标准的加密存错与传输方式，保障用户个人信息的安全。

未经您的同意，iCapture不会向iCapture以外的任何公司，组织和个人披露您的个人信息，但法律法规另有规定的除外。

7、 用户行为规范

8、 软件使用规范

除非法律允许或iCapture的书面许可，您使用iCapture过程中不得删除iCapture及其副本上关于知识产权的信息，不得对iCapture进行反向工程等或以其他方式尝试发现iCapture的源代码。

9、 对自己行为负责

您充分了解并同意，您必须为自己注册账号下的一切行为负责。

10、其他

您使用iCapture即视为您已阅读并同意接受iCapture协议的约束。iCapture有权在必要时修改本协议条款。如果您不接受修改后的条款，应当停止使用iCapture。

11、自动续期订阅及内购服务

- 我们提供应用内购买及自动续期订阅服务，以解锁高级功能。

- 付款将在确认购买时从您的Apple ID账户中扣除。

- 除非在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时取消，否则订阅将自动续期。

- 您的账户将在当前订阅期结束前24小时内被收取续期费用。

- 购买后，您可以前往App Store的账户设置中管理和取消您的订阅。

- 如果提供免费试用期，任何未使用的部分将在用户购买该服务订阅时失效（适用时）。
