adb直接使用apt安装就可以

scrcpy不要使用snap安装的版本，那版本是1.25版本太老

安装成功后也会提示adb版本不匹配

直接从github下载新版本

这个过程进行安装

 问题是在编译过程中会下载 scrcpy-server时下载的版本不对

需要自己修改下
