之前代码使用命令行设置代码提交的时候一直会出现中文乱码问题：
仔细查看后发现是UTF-8编码在git 默认的配置上不能正常显示
# 设置
# status编码
git config --global core.quotepath false
# gui编码
git config --global gui.encoding utf-8
# commit 编码
git config --global i18n.commit.encoding utf-8
# log 编码
git config --global i18n.logoutputencoding utf-8
