Might sound trite ... but a late life brain injury can very much mimic many facets of neurodegenerative conditions.. So...my non-expert advice...pare down virtually everything in your life to the 4 or 5 essentials to keep yourself independent & strong & most importantly happy! That's what I did over the last few years... Afterall...there are no cures or legitimate ways to fully diagnose until "after the fact"... So don't delay...or overly stress about what could potentially be lost down the line. Instead, consider simplifying & choosing your joyful "today" / daily simple pleasures over the pressures that others/society seems to lay on us so often... (My 2 cents ..)
